Now to the show.

Today, I share my conversation with financial coach and counselor, Adam Koren. Adam has actually given my audience the opportunity for a discount on their services. Reach out to him for a free initial consultation.

First we talk about the move Adam took from Minneapolis  to Oregon. He did this with very little money, but because he felt it was what he needed to do.

We then move on to talk about the meaning of money, and why people struggle with.

Adam explains how he helps people overcome some of the mental hurdles they hold when they think of money. We also discuss some possible changes that could be instituted to help more people grow their financial IQ.

We also share thoughts on financial psychology and how we all think about money.

Overall, it was a fun conversation, very insightful, and meaningful.

Adam left us some action items though:

  1. Look at surprising transactions in your accounts
  2. Ask yourself what you need to do to be on top of money.
  3. Be compassionate with yourself.

Doing these things will help you regulate your financial psychology and thereby better help you be on top of your money.
