Welcome back to the 9th episode of the Thursday Meditations show!
Like always, today I share some thoughts I’ve had and some ways that each of us can overcome average.

In today’s episode, we talk about 7 ways to improve discussions and conversations.
This topic was brought up to me because I recently had a discussion with an individual that I turned into an argument. It resulted in frustrated feelings and an overall sense of distaste. So I decided to make these 7 ways to improve conversations so hopefully, you don’t make the same mistakes I do.
Here are the 7 ways
1. Get Curious
2. Frame Opinions Correctly
3. Get on the Same Side
4.  Listen
5. Make Eye contact
6. Do not pull out your phone
7. Give True Compliments
If you do all of these 7 things, you will avoid negative arguments, and create positive discussions that propel you forward to a better life.
