Today we discuss listening for insight, developing your EQ, and building a business.
Welcome back to the 84th episode of the Hard Thing Podcast.
Today I share my conversation with entrepreneur and author Christian Espinosa.
You can reach out to Christain on his social media, on his website, or check out his new book, The Smartest Person in the Room.
We start off the show by asking Christian the question of what’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done.
Christian explains that his upbringing was difficult because he didn’t have a lot of resources, his mom had her own problems and he really didn’t have very many options.
Throughout the conversation, Christian shares many insights about how to overcome difficulties.
We then move on to talk about his business and the lessons he’s learned. He shares various insights into interpersonal relationships and how to run a business effectively.
We move on to talk about his book and some of the lessons he’s learned about improving your EQ and being able to work with other people.
Overall, it was a great conversation and it has many takeaways.
Christian of course, left us some action items to do:
- Access personal development resources
- Start using your heart, mind, and gut to make decisions,
- Listen for insight
