Thursday Meditations 2: The 3 G’s of Perpetual Momentum

T his is the Second episode of the weekly Thursday Meditations show on The Hard Thing Podcast. In this Episode, I explain that these episodes will mostly come from my blog posts but I willl usually included some extra commentary to add some more value to the content. Today we talk about momentum and how important it is to build it in your personal growth. We discuss how it’s possible to have perpetual momentum to keep you moving forward towards your goals. Finally we discuss the 3 G’s of Perpetual momentum. This is an episode that I get mostly from a blog post I published earlier. You can check out the written post here. The 3 G’s are: 1. Gains  Focus on actions that actually move the needle. 2. Grit Determine to never give up and to push at a never-ending pace. 3. Gratitude Develop a gratefulness for every single step forward. In the show we also talk about our show sponsor, Audible. They are a premiere audiobook platform that offers over 180,000 different titles you can listen to from your Iphone, Android or any other device. Audible is offering listeners of the The Hard Thing Podcast a free Audiobook and a free 30 day trial. Identify what action will most help you make progress now. Do it. 2. Determine with this action that you will create productive habits surrounding it that will last your lifetime. 3. Create habits of gratittue such as taking moments to be grateful, avoiding complaining, and even starting a grattitude journal. Thank you so much for listening to the podcast.
