Return Policy

1. Refunds will only be extended in the following circumstances:
   1. A Size Exchange is necessary
   2. There were mistakes in the order
2. Refunds are not extended because of buyers’ remorse
3. Refunds, if desired, must be communicated to The Hard Thing Podcast no more than 2 weeks after receiving the item, or 4 weeks after ordering the item if the item never arrived.
4. Any item used for hygienic purposes (face masks for example) cannot be returned.
5. If a size exchange is desired, the original item must be returned and received by The Hard Thing Podcast before a replacement item will be issued.
6. If not desire for a refund has been communicated to The Hard Thing Podcast, no refund will be issued.
7. The item must return undamaged for a refund to be issued.
